These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 488jl ("488jl", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 488jl online gaming platform available at 488jl.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

488jl reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. By accessing, registering on, or using the 488jl Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Services.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you individually and that entity. 488jl does not accept registrations from automated systems, bots, or any non-human entities.

The 488jl Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 488jl or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gambling service for any reason.

488jl takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses received. 488jl cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

To access the full range of 488jl Services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify 488jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

488jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.

488jl supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Landbank. All financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment processing. 488jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 488jl bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. 488jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, subject to applicable limits.

Anti-Money Laundering: 488jl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and the reporting of suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

488jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry dates, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

All games available on the 488jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay rules apply across all 488jl games:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 488jl will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, 488jl's server records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions. 488jl is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• 488jl uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including 488jl staff.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 488jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 488jl support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 488jl staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the 488jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 488jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 488jl.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 488jl's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. The 488jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 488jl and may not be used without prior written permission.

488jl is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 488jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.

488jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 488jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 488jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

488jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in our inactivity policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 488jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach on your part, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion options are also available through our Responsible Gaming tools for players who wish to take a break from gambling.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 488jl's customer support team. 488jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 488jl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
